Adebisi Joseph, also known as Bisi Afefe, is a gospel juju artiste who has carved a niche for himself in the gospel music industry. He does all genres of music, but basically gospel juju and he was recognised by reputable artistes,marketers and International Promoters such as Bobby Apase 1 of Dallas C.E.O SG Entertainment USA,Aare Laja promotions Manchester, Uk,Ormore Global Entertainment USA, Asiwaju Dr Yinka Ayefele MON, Bisi Alawiye Aluko, Femi solar, Adegbodu Twins, Femo Lancaster, Femo commander etc.
Afefe shares his experiences of his years in the music industry in this interview with AfriNews Entertainment reporter OLALEKAN FABAYO.
He also explains his reason for the choice of juju gospel and the ALL WHITE PARTY for his New Album Launch coming up on Sun,24th of November,2019..... , plus the challenges in the music industry.

What is the ALL WHITE EVENT all about?

ANS:- It is basically our New Album launch event and presentation of awards,We Choose it to be A white party to make the Event a Colorful one,
This is my second album and I am using the medium to appreciate God and my fans. The title of This New Album is MERRIMENT.

QUESTION.

You do gospel juju music, can you share reasons for your choice of music, why not Fuji or Hip hop?

ANS:-I do gospel songs right from time but i choose to add juju  because I feel you can blend gospel and juju together and produce something nice. And I feel gospel and juju artistes are one and they are almost on the same lane and We play Functions a lot and i feel we should be able to Entertain our Fans with any Genre of Music at any Functions ( Owanbes)

Can you tell us a little about the album MERRIMENT?
Merriment means what is enjoyable, I’m launching the album to talk about the goodness of God to man and also the goodness of God to me and also to give my fans the best of entertainment.....

This is your second album, what was your previous albums?

Yes, I did Breeze in 2016,Which turns to be my Stage name now because Breeze In Yoruba is Afefe,this new album is Titled Merriment.

What should fans expect in the album MERRIMENT?
Ans:-The best always, my fans should expect the best and I won’t give them less value.

What has been the response from fans and your experience in the music industry?
Ans:-The acceptability has been overwhelming, beautiful so far.....

Any challenge so far, and how do you handle it?

ANS:-Hmm...Challenges are meant for careers and Occupations especially in the Entertainment Industry but All Thanks to God he has been there For me no matter What the Challenges may call for.

What gives you joy in what you do?

I feel fulfilled at the response of people when people enjoy what I do, I appreciate the fact that I have a talent and people appreciate it and it always makes me want to do more…......

Did you ever see yourself as a musician while growing up?

ANS:- No,but I believe God has made me what he want me to be and I love what I do and I'm so grateful to God for it..

Ans:-The Event is coming up on Sun,24th of this month of November @Foundation Event Centre Ido-ijesha,Ilesha,Osun State,My father in Music Amb Femi Solar and My Mummy Prophetess Dr Bisi Alawiye Aluko JP are My Hosts for the Events,Also Lots of star Artistes,Comedians and Presenters in the industry Like,Adegbodu twins,Femo Lancaster,Ere Asalatu,Taye Turaya,Tunji Crown,Ogeyemi,Seyi Ajo,Woli Agba,Idowu Santana,Baba AlariyaOlajire Twins,Orolomo,Akolade OBO,Imoyosola Adetoro,Adeolu gboyega and many more will be in House to grace the event that day,
